Position Description:
USAWA is a network of rural based SACCOS operating in Kilimanjaro and Arusha Regions bringing technical and financial assistance to SACCOS in order to increase their performances and outreach.
- To assist the SACCOS through permanent monitoring and follow up
- To capacitate members, leaders and staff of SACCOS
- To ensure that the delivery of services to members is done according to SACCOS and USAWA regulations and procedures
- Tanzania citizen with good communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
- Ability to move to remote rural areas and willingness to carry extensive field work
- Driving motorcycle would be an advantage
- A diploma/degree in economics
- Good knowledge of microfinance environment
