Responsibilities:
(a)Critically monitor and track key developments in human rights, governance and brief HakiElimu accordingly.
(b)Undertake and effectively communicate analysis of these issues.
(c)Write, communicate and represent key HakiElimu positions.
Key Competencies:
(a) BA degree minimum, Masters preferred
(b) At least two years experience in areas related to responsibilities
(c) High level of knowledge on human rights, governance and related issues
(d)Strong analytical and research skills
(e) Strong advocacy and public speaking skills,
(f) Excellent writing and communication skills
(g) Computer skills.
